Internet Does Not Work?
First Step, Check You Have POE
Powered Up
Light On POE Can Be White, Green or Blue
Even If You Can See The Internet Network
On Your Device, It Makes No Difference
NO POE LIGHT = NO INTERNET
(Both Types Are Interchangeable)

You should make sure that all
cables going into the “POE” power supply, are
properly plugged in.
The black wire that comes from the outside of the house, should be firmly
plugged into the "POE" socket of the POE, and the network cable (comes in
various colours, but normally grey) going off to the router WAN Socket, should be firmly plugged into the
"LAN" socket of
the POE.
Some Routers Have A Button On The Back Which Switches
Off The WiFi Signal When Pressed For A Second & Switch It Back On Again If
Pressed Again For A Another Second, They Are Normally Marked WiFi. Please Make
Sure You Have Not Accidentally Pressed This Button, If You Have No Internet.
If all else fails, try doing a full mains power down reset, that means unplugging from the Mains, both the Router, and the POE power supply for ten seconds, then plugging both back in again.
