My
Internet Does Not Work?
THIS PAGE ONLY APPLIES IF YOUR ROUTER HAS 8
LIGHTS AT THE FRONT & TWO ANTENNAS = Model TP-Link TL-WR841N
Here’s What You
Should Try Before Making A Service Call
Is The “Internet Available”
Light Lit On Your Router?
Model TL-WR841N
Is The “WiFi Available” Light Lit On Your Router?
.
(Model Dependant)
If you do not have a “WiFi
available” LED Lit, then the WiFi on/off button (one of the two tiny ones, not
the reset button and not the bigger power one) on the back of the router, may
have
accidentally been pressed. Pressing it again should bring the LED and thus the
WiFi back on.
Information given is probably correct, but TP-Link bought
out so many versions and different firmware versions of the same router, some
variations maybe in the field.
If all else fails, try doing a full mains power down reset, that means
unplugging from the Mains, both the White Router, and the Black (or White) POE
power supply for ten seconds, then plugging both back in again.
